Fineline is pleased to announce our FSC and SFI certifications. This means we comply with the highest social and environmental standards on the market. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and SFI (Sustainable Forest Initiative) are independent, non-governmental, non-profit organizations that promote the responsible management of the world’s forests. Fineline adds new marketing and sales positions -- January 29, 2010
Fineline Printing Group hired Jill Wangler, Director of Marketing, and Laurie Heck, Account Manager, in early January 2010. These are two newly created positions within the 30-year-old printing and graphics company. "We see 2010 as ripe with business opportunities and growth for Fineline and are expanding and enhancing our services. We need to make sure we effectively communicate this to the Central Indiana market. Jill and Laurie, in addition to our existing staff, will be instrumental in making this happen," says Lisa Young, Vice President of Operations.
Fineline Joins Other MBE Organizations in SixSigma Workshop -- July 21, 2009
When the economy gets tough, Fineline Printing Group looks to get not only tougher, but leaner. In July, North American Purchasing put on a six day Lean Six Sigma training workshop at the Honda of America Manufacturing office in Ohio. The workshop specialized in providing information on how to compete with other businesses during challenging economic times. The workshop aimed at helping companies cut costs by cutting excess processes, waste, and lost time.
Fineline Reaches to Local College to Aid in Growth -- June 23, 2009
Fineline Printing Group has reached out to Butler University’s Business Accelerator Program (BBA) to help guide them to renewed growth in the face of a poor economy and a changing world of marketing. Unlike many businesses, Fineline is proactively investing in marketing opportunities and has chosen to support a local college’s program while receiving guidance on new marketing trends and business strategies.
